I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you are unable to access your account, navigate to the Sign In page and click the "Forgot Password" link. A secure password reset token will be emailed to your registered email address.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by submitting a General Support ticket via the form above, or by navigating to your Account Settings and selecting the deletion option (if enabled).
My code isn't running in the playground. What should I do?
First, ensure you are using a modern, updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache. Some strict ad-blockers or privacy extensions may interfere with the Web Workers used by our sandboxing environment.
I found a bug in an exercise. Where do I report it?
